Orders and Shipping
1. How long does shipping take?
We strive to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We assure our customers that the delivery will not take longer than 15 days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders this week only!
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible at info@classy-canada.com with your order details.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship worldwide yet. We are currently working on expanding Classy Canada which means it will be available soon!
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@classy-canada.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
4. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! If the size you need is in stock, we’re happy to process an exchange. Please reach out to us at info@classy-canada.com to arrange this.
Products and Sizing
1. How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at info@classy-canada.com,we’re happy to assist!
2. Are your products sustainably made?
We’re committed to offering high-quality, responsibly made pieces. All of our items are created with sustainable materials, and we’re continuously working to expand our eco-friendly collections.
3. What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications on the bottom of the product page. Alternatively, email us at info@classy-canada.com, and we’ll let you know if or when it becomes available.
Payments and Discounts
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay for your convenience.
2. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.
