Please note that we do NOT offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order? Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all appropriate parts, components, and packaging, which must arrive intact, exactly as received.
- The product must show signs of normal use; damages due to negligent handling are excluded.
- Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons unrelated to us.
How Can I Return My Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must take the following steps to start the return process:

Make sure your email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photos of the product in case of damage
- Customer’s first and last name
- Customer’s address

We will contact you and provide the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender's address since the returning items will be processed in a different warehouse. If you still send the item to the senders adres, your package will not be received and we will not be able to refund you for this product. we will provide the correct address once you contact us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:
Cancellation Conditions
Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed, and refunds are only possible after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Classy Canada via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation process is complete once we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges from old Collections
Please note that returns or exchanges are not available for items purchased from older collections that are no longer available for sale. All of our products that are in the sale are final.
Tracking Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, the order cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask you to wait until you have received the products and then return them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest return process, we kindly ask you to send us shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, most economical shipping method we offer). This refund will be issued without delay and no later than 10 days from the day we receive both your cancellation notification and the returned goods.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
